Operation
Five steps between the factory and the store.
Order matters: each step starts only once the one before it is closed and documented.

Sourcing and negotiation
We scout factories and brands at origin, validate samples, and lock price, volume and lead time in writing.

Consolidation and shipping
We consolidate the cargo by container or air freight, with paperwork and tariff classification checked before departure.

Customs clearance
We run clearance in Paraguay: duties, licences and release, tracked daily until the cargo leaves customs.

Warehousing
Cargo enters our warehouse, is checked against the invoice, labelled and split by client.

Distribution
We deliver to retailers in Ciudad del Este, Asunción and the interior, on a scheduled replenishment route.
